Improvements

Deductions Reconciliation

  • Automatcher now uses spend rate % to find better matches!

    • Users can now set a confidence threshold for spend rate % in Settings

    • The automatcher now looks for spend rate % from promotions (if provided) to find better matches

      • Matches with the most similar spend rate $ still take priority

      • If there are no high confidence matches on spend rate $, then the automatcher uses spend rate % to find the next best match

  • Miss Log

    • Updated the filter pattern to match other parts of DRM. This unlocks things like:

      • Select which filters are shown, reducing clutter and making it easier to find what you need.

      • Filter by multiple values in a column at once, so you no longer have to search one by one.

      • Filter for null values (i.e. “None”)

      • Directly select the value you want to filter for, without the need to type 

Manage

  • Product Hierarchies

    • Users can now export all Out-of-Hierarchy product groups as a CSV

    • The export includes all product group fields and data

    • The CSV is delivered via email

Promotions

  • We have added an indicator to the ROI calculation for promotions/promotion lines if the ROI could not be calculated due to missing product margins

  • The lift efficiency graph in promotions now displays promotion ROI and promotion line ROI vs. promotion ARP

Analytics

  • Fixed an issue in predictive analytics where an incorrect retail price point was getting passed into the prediction if a promotion draft’s retail price point was below or above that of the selected price range

Deductions Reconciliation

  • Fixed an issue where the Days Flagged column considered events other than Sales Review and Dispute for the days calculation 

Promotions

  • Fixed an issue in the Submission interface so that only Pending promotions will be included in the table, even when status is changed. Previously, promotion statuses other than Pending prevented users from bulk submitting, and would trigger an error regarding approval limit.

  • Fixed an issue where users were unable to select all promotions in the Submission interface. Previously, they were limited to the number of promotions within the page (15).

Analytics

  • Fixed an issue where the “New Invoices” tile in the Deductions Dashboard included cancelled invoices
