Improvements

Deductions Reconciliation

  • New updates to the Activity log

    • Visual overhaul should make it much easier to figure out what was changed, who changed it, and when it occurred

    • Matches the look and feel of Cash App & Promo Planning activity logs

  • You can now void or delete multiple invoices at once

  • File Manager Filter Updates

    • Default view now shows files attached to the transaction. No more digging through drop downs!

    • New toggle to spot files not linked to invoices to help you quickly find what still needs linking

    • If no files are attached, it defaults to showing all available files

  • Automation Center - Introduces a central hub (⚡️ icon) to manage all automations in DRM. Users can now easily enable/disable automations like “Auto Fill Invoice Header” and “Auto Populate Product Groups” in one place.

    • Previously scattered across multiple settings screens, all automation controls are now consolidated for simpler discovery and future scalability.

  • Settlement Report export is now up to ~95% faster!

  • Added a new column to the invoice table to show linked backup file name

  • The backup linking popover now includes a search bar and shows unlinked files at the top of the list, sorted by alphabetical order

Promotions

  • Incremental UX improvements to streamline navigation, improve clarity, and prevent user mistakes in the promotion creation and editing workflow.

    • Navigation buttons in the footer do not require scroll
    • Updated labels to provide more clarity including: Exit, Continue/Back, Auto-Update Volume From Forecast
    • Reduced the size of the stepper at the top
    • New confirmation prompt before exiting to prevent exiting before promotions are saved
    • Updated spacing to better utilize the space

  • UX improvements to the Approvals view:

    • Added Promotion Tags (mirroring the List view)
      • Promotion tags are now visible within each row
      • Users can click a tag to filter on promotions with the same tag
    • Bulk Tag functionality allows users to apply tags in bulk to selected promotions.
    • Removed “Status” column that previously showed promotion status that is already called out in the table header.

Bug Fixes

Deductions Reconciliation

  • Fixed an issue with sorting and filtering on the main ERP transactions page

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to sort by “None” on the main transactions page

Manage

  • Fixed an issue where hierarchies search displayed deleted items & also did not allow for the item to be truly deleted in the other manage section
