[Release Notes](https://knowledge.govividly.com/release-notes?hsLang=en) September 11, 2026 # Release Notes - 09/09/2026 ### **Release New Features / Improvements** #### **Deductions Reconciliation** - **Auto Reconcile Warnings Now Show on the Invoice Row** - When auto reconcile hit an exception, nothing on the transaction told you which invoice was stuck or why, so you had to go looking for it. The invoice row is now highlighted, with a warning icon and the exception reason in yellow directly under the invoice number, so blocked invoices stand out while you are working the transaction. The scan button has also moved off the row into a three dot options menu, where it appears as Scan Invoice Lines. - **Invoices With No Backup File Are Flagged in the File Column** - A missing backup is one of the most common reasons an invoice cannot be reconciled, and the File column only showed "None", which is easy to skim past. It now shows a red "No backup" with an error icon so the gap is obvious without opening the invoice. This applies to companies that do not have Auto Reconcile available; companies that do have it still see "None". #### **Manage** - **Pricing Table Loads Faster and Pulls in Columns as You Scroll** - The pricing table built every pricing column before showing anything, which was slow for companies with hundreds of pricing groups and thousands of customers. It now loads the first 25 columns and pulls in more as you scroll sideways, asking only for the columns it needs. #### **Promotions** - **Promotions Page Loading Fixes** - The Promotions page no longer sends requests before it knows which filter layout to show, so there are fewer redundant loads on arrival. Opening a promotion now shows a loading state instead of briefly showing the promotion you opened previously, and the approval count on List and Columns no longer displays a stale number while the page is still loading. ### **Bug Fixes** #### **Deductions Reconciliation** -
