Cash Application

  • Check Number and Payment Amount Added to the Payment Lines Export API

    • The Payment lines export API now returns the check number and the payment amount for each payment line. Previously, when several payments shared the same number, customer, and date but came from different checks, there was no way to tell which check an invoice belonged to, and this enhancement allows users to disambiguate between the different payments.

  • Integration Webhooks Now Include the Last Run Time

    • The payload sent to an ERP integration webhook URL now carries when that integration last ran. The value was already visible in the app, and it is now available to whatever consumes the webhook.

Deductions Reconciliation

  • Transaction Status Now Reflects Resolved Invoice Headers

    • A bug was found where transactions could stay in Pending even after all of its child invoice headers were Resolved. Transaction status now follows its invoice headers correctly, and a backfill command corrected existing transactions that were sitting in the wrong status.
