[Release Notes](https://knowledge.govividly.com/release-notes?hsLang=en) July 30, 2026 # Release Notes - 07/15/2026  ### **New Features / Improvements** **Manage** - **Customer and Product Hierarchy Pages Load Reliably** - The Customer Hierarchy and Product Hierarchy pages under Manage no longer show an empty "add your first node" state while data is still loading, and the detail panel on the right opens faster. #### **Promotions** - **Promotion Export Includes Hierarchical Root Promotions When Filtering by Customer** - When you export promotions with a customer filter applied, hierarchical root promotions that match the selected customer are now included in the export. - **Inline Validation for Promotion Name, Customer, and First Receiver** - The Event Details fields for Promotion Name, Customer, and First Receiver now flag issues as you edit, such as a blank required field or a duplicate name, and show a single summary message when you save. #### **Other** - **First Receiver Splits Support Up to 4 Decimal Places** - The Assign Percentage Spend dialog now accepts distributor spend split percentages with up to four decimal places, instead of one, so you can allocate spend across distributors more precisely. ### **Bug Fixes** - **Hierarchy Promotion Expected Revenue Now Rolls Up in the Export** - Fixes an issue where a parent hierarchy promotion showed no combined expected revenue from its child promotions in the export. The total now rolls up correctly. - **Hierarchy Updates to Lower Level Products Now Apply Correctly** - Fixes an issue where uploading a change to a specific product or a lower level product group, on a promotion planned at a higher hierarchy level, appeared to save but did not update the related parent and child promotions. These uploads now update parent and child promotions as expected. - **Last Updated At was showing incorrect information** - This issue has been resolved and this data should now mirror the activity log -
