Excel deduction backups that arrive with multiple tabs (such as KeHE files) can now be previewed in full directly in Vividly. Previously only the first tab was visible and the file had to be downloaded to see the rest.
Performance improvements for the Miss Log loading times
Hierarchies in Planning Users See the Updated Deduction Dashboards
- Hierarchies in Planning users are now automatically pointed to the updated detailed and summary deduction dashboards that match whether hierarchy promotions are enabled for their portal.

Validation Warning Enhanced for Missing Promotion Month and Year
- The Month and Year field in the promotion form now shows a validation warning when left blank, so users are alerted before saving an incomplete promotion.

Fixed an issue where payments brought in through bank account integrations would always map to an Unknown customer

Fixed an issue where clicking "Create New Promotion" from the Miss Log routed to the old promotion creation screen even when the redesigned promotion UI was enabled
Viewing the Miss Log no longer shows an error or zero results when Aggregate Similar Lines is turned on if any invoice lines were missing a date.

Fixed an issue where ROI and Gross Margin calculations were not being performed correctly for a scenario if it contained promotions planned on non-leaf nodes in the customer/product hierarchy
Unable to Change Customer on a Hierarchy Promotion
- Fixed an issue where changing a hierarchy promotion's customer to another at the same hierarchy level produced a non-descript error, or would not allow reverting to a previously used customer
Promotion Upload Not Syncing Product Group and Custom Products to Child Promotions
- Fixed an issue where updating a parent hierarchy promotion via upload did not sync product group and custom product changes to its child promotions
List Price Not Reflecting in Promotion Export Without Re-save
- Fixed an issue where accounts configured to use List Price instead of Base Price were not showing the price in the promotion export until the promotion was manually re-saved
Promotion Summary Updates Immediately After Discount % Edits
- When promotions are edited to use a discount % instead of a spend rate, the promotion summary now reflects the corrected total spend right away, without needing to re-save each promotion individually.

Forecast Edit Visibility Lost When New Version Is Generated
- Fixed an issue where generating a new forecast version overwrote the user and timestamp recorded for manual forecast overrides, making it impossible to see who made an override or when. This fix will be applied to newly created versions moving forward.
