Promotions
- Rows-per-Page Control on Open/Close Lines
- Users can now choose rows per page (15 / 25 / 50 / 100) on Promotions → Open/Close Lines, matching the main Promotions List behavior
Forecast
- Forecast Version Timestamps Now Reflect User Timezone
- Forecast version generation timestamps are now displayed in the user’s local timezone instead of UTC (Manage Versions included) - this is applied to all versions
- Makes it clear when a version was actually generated relative to the user’s working day
Vividly AI Assistant

We've enhanced the Vividly support chat experience by adding the Vividly AI Assistant. When opening the support chat, you can now choose between chatting with a Support Specialist or receiving instant answers from our AI Assistant.

The Vividly AI Assistant is powered exclusively by Vividly Knowledge Base content, helping provide accurate, product-specific guidance whenever you need it. If you start with the AI Assistant and would like to speak with our support team at any time, type "speak to a rep" and you'll be transferred to a Support Specialist.
