New Features / Improvements

Promotions

• Added the ability to automatically suggest base price from POS data during the promotion creation/editing process after product group, customer, and in store start/end dates are set. Predictive lift must be activated in order for this automation to occur.

Hierarchical Promotions

• • Pricing Fields Grey Out for Product Hierarchies
    • When a product hierarchy is selected on a fund type that includes the pricing field, the pricing field is now greyed out (with a hover state explaining why) instead of blocking planning at the hierarchy level
    • Lets teams plan at higher levels of the product hierarchy with pricing-related fund types, without populating pricing values that wouldn't apply

Bug Fixes

Cash Application

• Fixed an issue where some check remits were failing extraction

Deductions Reconciliation

• Race Condition Between “Assign” and “Assign & Clear Exact”
  • Fixed a race condition where quickly clicking Assign then Assign & Clear Exact (on a slow connection) could leave an invoice line cleared to $0 but still showing “match confirmed” and flagged for sales review
  • Both actions are now properly sequenced so the line ends in a consistent state

Promotions

• Resolved an issue where comments were not able to be created/updated via upload
• Resolved an issue with duration based promotions - Users should be able to manually adjust the event/month year and it should NOT override based on the duration

API Integrations

• Organization Data in Public Customer List API
  • The public Customer List API response now includes an organizations field listing all active org memberships per customer. Permissions unchanged.
