[Release Notes](https://knowledge.govividly.com/release-notes?hsLang=en) January 29, 2026 # Release Notes - 01/07/2026 ### **New Features** #### **Manage** - **Bulk Create Product Groups is now available** You can now add multiple product groups at once by uploading a file (CSV or Excel) from either the Product Groups or Product Hierarchies page. Simply download the sample template, fill it with your product group data including name, alt name, and pricing settings, then upload to create them all in one go. This feature requires the "*Edit customers, products, and product groups*" permission that an admin can set up in Settings. Bulk upload saves significant time during initial setup, large catalog updates, or when restructuring hierarchies. ![](https://files.readme.io/97eaecacf4bd82ac51e88b87513657db9980bcd9e8dc200f275a991c8f89446b-permission.png) - **Export Product Groups in Bulk** You can now download all your product groups at once as a CSV file. Navigate to the Product Groups page and click **"Download Product Groups"** to request your export. You'll receive an email notification when the file is ready, with a **"Download File"** button to access your `export.csv`. This export is helpful for auditing your current setup, analyzing group assignments, or preparing data for bulk updates. This feature also requires the "Edit customers, products, and product groups" permission.   #### **Promotions** - **Scenario Planning MVP** - users are now able to create scenarios and associate “*draft*” promotions with each scenario, roll up and compare scenarios, and import them into the planning section or cancel them. *Note:* contact your Account Manager to turn on experimental section. ![](https://files.readme.io/f7910311518a0c993cf00669eb44ba7ce60c61a706828edf20635744b60f9ad6-image.png) ---     ### **Improvements** #### **Deductions Reconciliation** - **Excel/CSV file previews in full screen mode now have a download link** - Added a new “View” selector to the miss log to make it easy to filter for the following - Invoice lines assigned to the user - Invoice lines that have been flagged for more than 30 days.  #### **Forecast** Design updates to the ‘Manage Versions’ section to make it easier to find and work with Forecast versions. ![](https://files.readme.io/ac09c99325345d61b8219a1adf11426d77cc8aaff75a3babd2be47ba1a124bce-manage_versions.gif)   #### **Promotions** - Implemented more **guardrails** in the bulk **Submission** and **Approval** workflows. Previously, users were able to filter on different promotion statuses before entering these interfaces. Often times, non-valid promotion statuses would be the cause of error, preventing users from bulk-submitting or bulk-approving promotions. Now when users enter these views, the previously selected promotion statuses will be ignored and restricted, since they are not applicable. ![](https://files.readme.io/3137d0575267d3b3334ecd5c785d2997d730a5bb28b48e17f83adc99f760d6d2-Status_Disabled.gif)     #### **Public APIs** New API endpoints for Deductions Reconciliation that allow to GET transactions, invoices, and invoice lines: - Transactions REST endpoint - Invoice REST endpoint - Invoice Lines REST endpoint   ---   ### **Bug Fixes**   #### **Deductions Reconciliation** - Fixed an issue where linking Excel/CSV to an invoice via paperclip manually doesn't trigger auto-fill, even if auto-fill is toggled on - Updated the backup and remit chips to properly filter to the relevant files in the file manager.   #### **Promotions** - Fixed an issue that limited users from bulk submitting all promotions in Pending status. Previously they were limited to bulk-submitting the page limit of 15, now they are able to bulk-submit the amount in Pending.   #### **Forecast** - Fixed an issue with the table search where products were missing from the dropdown although they were present in the table. -
