Faster Deductions Search
- Deductions search now returns results much faster on large datasets.
Upload Invoice Lines Now Defaults to 100 Rows Per Page
- The final submit step when uploading invoice lines now defaults to showing 100 rows per page instead of 7, so more lines can be reviewed at once.
Error/Warning Filtering in Upload Invoice Lines
- Errors and warnings can now be filtered in the upload invoice lines interface

Advanced Duplication Now Supports Hierarchy Promotions
- Advanced Duplication can now duplicate hierarchy (multi level) promotions correctly, not just flat ones. Previously duplicating a hierarchy promotion could create it with the wrong customer setup and skip regenerating its child promotions.
- You can now change the customer hierarchy scope for each row in Edit Details, and Copy to All applies only within the same promotion type, so flat and hierarchy fields no longer mix.
Option to Allocate 100% of Shipment Data to Every Matching Promotion
- When shipment data matches more than one promotion or promotion line, Vividly splits the spend and volume evenly across the matches. A new setting lets you instead allocate the full 100% of spend and volume to each matching line.
Inline Validation for Promotion Line Fields
- Promotion line fields such as Fund Type, Promoted Products, dates, spend rate, expected units, lump sum, and compliance now flag problems as you edit and show a clear summary message when you save, so issues are easier to catch before saving.

Redesigned Forecast Export
- We've redesigned the Forecast export into a cleaner Download menu with grouped sections and helper text. What's new:
  - Set your time interval (Week, Month, or Quarter) right in the menu, instead of having to change your view first
  - A new year range option to include next year (2026 to 2027)
  - The action button is now labeled Download

First Receiver Is Now Required and Saved on Flat Promotions
- Flat promotions can no longer be saved without a first receiver, and the first receiver you select now stays populated after saving. Previously the first receiver could appear blank when you reopened the promotion.
Incorrect Out of Hierarchy Product Warning Fixed
- Fixes an issue where uploaded promotions could show an out of hierarchy product warning even though the products were in the hierarchy. The warning now reflects the actual hierarchy.

New Tag Button No Longer Locks After 11 Tags
- Fixes an issue where the New Tag button in Promotion Tag settings could become permanently greyed out (seen in the Generous Brands Legacy portal) even though unused colors were still available. The button now reflects the 24 colors the color picker actually offers.
Promotion API Now Returns the Current GL Account Number
- Fixes an issue where the Promotion export API returned an outdated GL account number after it had been updated (seen on Bob's Red Mill exports). The API now returns the current GL account number, matching what the UI shows.
